Well, I cried.  Zach woke up to me crying at midnight trying to finish this book and was very concerned.  I think I can safely say that I have never cried while reading a book before.  This book is heartbreaking and felt real to me.  The picture that John Green paints of people with and dying from cancer is so accurate and painful to read.  BUT as stated by many, this isn’t a “cancer” book.  I laughed during most of it and loved the characters—it really is a beautiful story.
The quote above hit me as soon as I read it.  Life is extremely unfair.  Once you accept that basic statement, you are able to move forward.
