I made this last week and I suggest you make it this week.  Recipe here. I am not sure how I feel about chicken thighs.  She raves about them in the recipe but I think the meat is just a little greasy and hard to cut around the bone.  I think I may resort back to breasts next time.   (Photo via How Sweet It Is)
